The present disclosure relates to hydraulic pressure supply system of an automatic transmission used for a vehicle. An exemplary embodiment of hydraulic pressure supply system of an automatic transmission for a vehicle according to the present disclosure generates low hydraulic pressure and high hydraulic pressure using oil stored in an oil pan and supply the low hydraulic pressure and the high hydraulic pressure to a low hydraulic pressure portion and a high hydraulic pressure portion respectively, and includes a low pressure oil pump which generates low pressure hydraulic pressure by pumping oil stored in the oil pan; a low pressure regulator valve which regulates low pressure hydraulic pressure supplied from the low pressure hydraulic oil pump within a stable hydraulic pressure and supplies to a low hydraulic pressure portion; a high pressure oil pump which pressurizes low pressure hydraulic pressure supplied by low pressure oil pump to high hydraulic pressure and supplies to the high hydraulic pressure portion; a high pressure regulator valve which regulates high hydraulic pressure supplied to the high hydraulic pressure portion within a stable hydraulic pressure; and a shuttle valve which is arranged on a first low pressure oil passage connected between the low pressure oil pump and the high pressure oil pump to supply oil in the oil pan to the high pressure oil pump if necessary.
