PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect clogging of fluid at high sensitivity.SOLUTION: A fluid injection device comprises: a tube for supplying fluid; a finger for sequentially pressurizing the tube; a pressure sensor arranged nearer a downstream side than the finger in a fluidizing direction of the fluid; and a pressure transmission plate and a window part arranged on a tube side face. The pressure sensor detects pressure at which the tube pressurizes the pressure transmission plate at the window part. |
