PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microemulsion for a fiber treatment easy to being manufactured, adding flexibility (feeling improvement effect) with hydrophilic nature, and excellent in stability and reducibility.SOLUTION: There is provided a microemulsion containing (A) to (E). (A) a linear organopolysiloxane having a group of the formula (4) and a viscosity at 25°C of 100 to 5000 mPa s; 80 to 98 mass%/composition. In the formula (4), Ris a bivalent hydrocarbon group, a is 0 to 4, Ris H or -CH-CH(OH)CHO-(CHO)-(CHO)-Z, Z is H, a monovalent hydrocarbon group or an acyl group, b is 2 to 30, c is 0 to 20, and the organopolysiloxane has 2 or more polyoxyalkylene-containing groups in a molecule. (B) A nonionic surfactant having HLB value of 12 to 16; 1 to 10 mass%/(A) component. (C) an anionic surfactant; 0 to 3 mass%/(A) component. (D) an organic acid; 0.5 to 2 mass%/(A) component, (E) water; 1 to 5 mass%/composition. |
