PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress downlink interference from a femtocell base station to mobile equipment.SOLUTION: Mobile equipment 40 communicates with a macro base station 100. The radio relay device 10 amplifies and relays an uplink signal and a downlink signal exchanged between mobile equipment 40 and a femtocell base station 20. The radio relay device 10 detects an input power level of an uplink signal from the mobile equipment 40 and power-amplifies a downlink signal from the femtocell base station 20 with a lower power gain as the input power level of the uplink signal from the mobile equipment 40 is higher.
