<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron spin resonance device cell that optimizes the internal volume in a cell body, allows production of the cell having the same internal volume with good reproducibility, and that, on demand, allows easy improvement in strength of the cell.SOLUTION: The electron spin resonance device cell comprises: a flat cell body 41 including a hollow part that opens at both ends by combining two split pieces so as to be closed and binding the two pieces; and separate sample supply/discharge passages 42, 43 connected with the cell body 41 and communicating with the hollow part.</p> |
