The present invention relates to a membrane structure, which is installed inside a cargo hold of an LNG carrier. A membrane structure of an LNG carrier, which is installed in the upper part of a base floor in order to absorb the load caused by LNG, comprises a main frame which protrudes upwards from the upper surface of the base floor at a predetermined height and has a certain buffer space therein; and a reinforcement supporting body which is installed in the buffer space of the main frame to have a base surface attached to the base floor in the lower part and to have multiple supporting units formed to be separated from each other in the upper part, in order to support the inner wall of the main frame. Therefore, the membrane structure of an LNG carrier has a lightweight structure and an increased impact absorption force, thereby preventing the damage of the membrane structure.
