The present invention relates to a method for mass production of recombinant protein of antibacterial peptide beta-defensin-3 and an homolog thereof. In particular, the present invention relates to a method by which a host is protected while beta-defensin peptides are mass-produced, and to a composition for a badge used to produce the beta-defensin. By using the badge composition according to the present invention, a host cell is protected from a killing-effect on the host cell caused by an existing method for producing recombinant protein which uses host cells, and thus expression of the protein can be increased.
