PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power device for a vehicle that can exhibit surely cooling capability of a battery pack, improve comfort to a crewmember and secure strength of a rear floor panel.SOLUTION: A recessed groove 105A extending in a longitudinal direction of a vehicle is formed at a central portion in a vehicle width direction on a lower face of a cushion portion 105. A support member 4 extending in the vehicle width direction is arranged below the cushion portion 105 on the upper face of a rear floor panel 103. In a region crossing the recessed groove 105A in the support member 4 is formed a space 41 for insertion of a duct into which an air intake duct 3 is inserted. The air intake duct 3 is passed from a battery pack 2 through the recessed groove 105A to be extended forward in the vehicle longitudinal direction. The front portion of the air intake duct 3 is arranged in the space 41 for insertion of the duct and the air intake duct 3 is set to have strength capable of supporting the weight of the crewmember. |
