PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a serial communication circuit etc. able to be connected to a master having three SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface) serial communication terminals or to a maser having four; and able to perform high reliability communication.SOLUTION: A serial communication circuit 10 includes: a receiver unit 11 for serially receiving a command and a synchronization identification code different from the command, as one set input data MOSI (Signal on the Serial Peripheral Interface Bus); and a determination unit 13 for instructing a start of execution of response processing based on the command, when the synchronization identification code is coincident with a predetermined value .
