PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal oscillator capable of appropriately performing temperature correction in an oscillation frequency of a crystal element by making noise unlikely to superimpose and reducing a read error from an actual temperature of the crystal element.SOLUTION: The crystal oscillator comprises: a package 110 formed from a substrate 110a, a first frame part 110b provided on a top face of the substrate 110a and a second frame 110c provided on a bottom face of the substrate 110a; a crystal element 120 which is packaged on the top face of the substrate 110a within an area surrounded by the first frame part 110b; a semiconductor 130 for temperature measurement which is packaged on the bottom face of the substrate 110a within an area surrounded by the second frame part 110c, and provided at a position overlapped with the crystal element 120 in a planar view; and a cover body 140 which is joined to a top face of the first frame part 110b and seals the crystal element 120 in a hermetic manner. |
