PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently encode a light-field image by an image processing device in a format such that a general decoding device can perform decoding.SOLUTION: An image processing device includes: light-field image acquisition means 141 of acquiring a light-field image including information capable of identifying the position and direction of light emitted by a subject; image generation means 142 of generating an image set having high correlation between images from the acquired light-field image; moving picture generation means 143 of outputting respective images of the generated image set as frames of a moving picture; and moving picture encoding means 144 of encoding the respective images of the image set output from the moving picture generation means 143 as the moving picture.
