PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat device excellent in easiness-to-use of a table and causing no weight increase nor cost increase, by supporting the inclinable table to a back face of a backrest via an arm without any restriction on design, even when having a cradle system reclining mechanism.SOLUTION: When tilting a backrest 40 backward from a standing position, a change in a relative attitude between the tilting backrest 40 and a seat part 30 interlocking with this, is limited within a predetermined range, and an inclinable table 50 is provided in a storage position stood along the back face of the backrest 40 or a use position horizontally brought down backward, and this table 50 is held in the storage position corresponding to a tilting position of the backrest 40 so that the use position becomes constant regardless of a change in the tilting position of the backrest 40. |
