PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light-emitting element with high luminous efficiency and high reliability.SOLUTION: A semiconductor light-emitting element 1 comprises: a substrate 11; a semiconductor laminate 19; and a first electrode 15 and a second electrode 17. The semiconductor laminate 19 is divided into a plurality of semiconductor blocks 19A, 19B by a groove 22, the first electrode 15 has a projection part 151 passing through the second semiconductor layer 19b and the active layer 19c and connected to the first semiconductor layer 19a, and the second electrode 17 has an external connection part 17c connected to the second semiconductor layer 19b and exposed to a bottom part of the groove 22. |
