<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing a dialkylchlorosilane compound in high yield, without using a compound having a problem in safety and health such as carcinogenicity and the like.SOLUTION: Provided is a process for producing a dialkylchlorosilane compound by a reaction of a 1,1,3,3-tetraalkyldisiloxane compound and a dialkyldichlorosilane compound, wherein a cyclic urea compound is used or water or an alcohol compound is used together with a cyclic urea compound. Preferably, relative to 1 mole of the 1,1,3,3-tetraalkyldisiloxane compound, there are used 1.5 to 3 moles of the dialkyldichlorosilane compound, 0.01 to 0.2 moles of the cyclic urea compound, and 0.1 to 5 moles of water or the alcohol compound.</p> |
