<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover only an arbitrary block line L2 of an object image P while applying motion compensation.SOLUTION: A differential image between the object image P of compression processing and a reference image Q is created. The images P, Q are divided into blocks, a frame of a reference block image Q(2, 4) at a corresponding position of an object block image P(2, 4) including a circular moving body is shifted just byΔx,Δy for motion compensation, and a similar block image QQ(2, 4) is extracted. In the extracted image QQ(2, 4), a portion outside of a region of the block line L2 is deleted as a blank region, an image W for filling created by copying pixels on a boundary line of L2 upwards is allocated to the blank region, a complementation block image QQQ(2, 4) is generated, and a differential between the image P(2, 4) and the image QQQ(2, 4) is calculated. When recovering only the inside of the block line L2 of the object image P, the image QQQ(2, 4) is created by applying the copy processing to an image within L2 of the reference image Q and inverse differential processing is performed.</p> |
