PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a system by effectively utilizing the resource of a DC (Data Center).SOLUTION: When a new tenant Tc is not constructed, a resource management device 101 determines whether or not the performance information of a tenant Ta is satisfied even when configurations to be achieved by using the resource of a DC1 as a first DC are shifted to a DC2 as a second DC by referring to the performance information of the tenant Ta. When it is determined that the performance information of the tenant Ta is satisfied, the resource management device 101 shifts a VM (Virtual Machine) 1-1 to a VM2-2 in the DC2. As a result of shifting the VM1-1 to the VM2-2 in the DC2, the VM1-1 is released so that the resource management device 101 can construct the tenant Tc by the VM1-1 and a volume VO1-2. |
