<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear molding tool for a LAN cable spiral metal electric wire capable of easily linearly molding a spiral metal electric wire 13, by solving the problem in which: when connecting the spiral metal electric wire 13 to a connector plug, it is necessary to form the spiral metal electric wire 13 into a linear shape by rubbing the spiral metal electric wire 13 with fingers over and over again by means of a driver or a reamer, and the linear molding causes significant stress on an insulation coating of the metal electric wire and tips of fingers.SOLUTION: A spiral metal electric wire 13 is put into an electric wire molding groove 7 of a linear molding device lower plate 1 and squashed by a linear molding device upper plate 8 so as to be planarly molded while meandering in right and left being remained. By pulling out the spiral metal electric wire 13 through an U-shaped groove 4, the meandering in right and left is canceled on an electric wire molding wall surface 14, and the spiral metal electric wire 13 is aligned on a tapered surface 5 for the linear molding device lower plate and a tapered surface 10 of the linear molding device upper plate, and put out linearly. Thus, stress on the cable or tips of finger is reduced and stable and efficient linear molding work can be continuously performed.</p> |
