PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crosslinked rubber composition in which a lot of energy is not required for crosslink, and deformation such as crushing is suppressed; and a rubber cable using the same.SOLUTION: A crosslinked rubber composition is that a halogen inclusion rubber has: a silane crosslink structure in which crosslink is subjected to silanol condensation of silane groups between molecular main chains; and a kinetic covalent crosslink structure in which deviation or covalent bond is performed in a heat reversible manner by Diels-Alder reaction between a conjugated diene structure and a dienophile structure, and covalent bond is performed by cooling.
