PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-soluble solid composition and an aqueous composition which contain amphotericin B, and to provide a production method thereof.SOLUTION: A solid composition containing amphotericin B and polyethylene glycol monostearate is obtained by steps of: (i) dissolving the amphotericin B in a lower alcohol and then distilling the lower alcohol out, followed by adding the polyethylene glycol monostearate; or (ii) dissolving the amphotericin B and the polyethylene glycol monostearate in a lower alcohol and then distilling the lower alcohol out. An aqueous composition is obtained by adding water to the solid composition.
