PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet with which a human body surface can be brought into direct contact with hydrogen.SOLUTION: A dry sheet for generating hydrogen is configured so that it includes a water-retentive dry substrate sheet and a metallic material which can generate hydrogen by reacting with moisture, and the metallic material is directly or indirectly supported on the dry substrate sheet so that it can generate hydrogen by reacting with moisture when the dry substrate sheet is impregnated with water.
