FIELD: engines and pumps.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rotary actuators, particularly, to inertial systems exploiting the rotation energy of unbalanced weights. Power drive comprises bed (2) secured at barrel (3) running bearings (19, 20) fitted on shaft (1). Drive link (4) for load connection and drive element (5) are secured at said barrel (3). Drive element (5) is articulated with driven element (6). Driven element (6) is connected with rotary ring of one-way clutch (7). Clutch (7) fixed ring is fitted on extra axle (8) fixed at bed (9).
