FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: swirl atomiser comprises case with swirling chamber and nozzle. Said case is composed of feed union with central bore and cylindrical sleeve with inner thread jointed and aligned therewith and expansion surface aligned with case. Note here the nozzle is screwed coaxially with case bottom barrel. Said nozzle represents a turned-up barrel with its bottom accommodating turbulent-flow swirler with at least two cylindrical inlets inclined to nozzle axis. Central cylindrical orifice is also made on nozzle end surface and communicated with nozzle mixing chamber communicated in its turn with diffuser outlet chamber. Said diffuser outlet chamber accommodates splitter composed of at least three spokes. Every said spoke has its one end secured to chamber outer surface perpendicular to its generatrix while opposite end is composed by the body of revolution, for example a ball. Ball axis is aligned with that of diffuser outlet chamber. Note also that said ball is located at lower part, behind the diffuser outlet chamber edge.EFFECT: higher efficiency of spraying.1 dwg |
