FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and decorative works in the interior (inside buildings) and production of decorative relief coatings on solid wood, fibreboard, chipboard, laminated chipboard, medium density fibreboard, plastic, glass and plywood. The method of making a decorative coating involves priming a surface, depositing a finishing composition, wherein the surface is depolished, degreased, washed and dried naturally; priming the surface with a water-based two-component epoxide primer which contains binder - epoxy resin, pigment - rutile titanium dioxide, additives - neutral minerals, with density of the primer of 1.36 kg/l; drying the surface at temperature of +20°C and 50% humidity; depositing the water-based main shape-forming plasticising material which contains a vinyl or acrylic polymer dispersion; re-drying at temperature ranging from +5°C to +35°C and humidity of 75%; intermediate polishing of the surface; painting with a water-based paint; drying at temperature of +5°C and humidity of 85%; depositing protective lacquer based on an aqueous polyurethane dispersion and drying at temperature ranging from +7°C to +30°C and humidity of 85%.EFFECT: stronger adhesion of the decorative-protective relief coating with the base, producing a stable, strong decorative coating with high processability, which is completely safe (environmentally friendly) during production and further use.2 cl |
