FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, particularly to high-strength steel sheet of better thermal hardening and forming capacity. Said sheet is made of steel containing the following components in wt %: 0.0010-0.0040 C, not over 0.05 Si, 0.1-1.0 Mn, not over 0.10 P, not over 0.03 S, 0.01-0.10 Al, not over 0.0050 N, 0.005-0.050 Ti, Fe and unavoidable impurities making the rest.
