FIELD: engines and pumps.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wind-power engineering. Windmill rotor comprises hub, blades, spokes, rim and ferromagnetic bodies arranged on said rim. Said ferromagnetic bodies are composed of round-cross-section pipe lengths.
