The present invention relates to a multi-cell battery apparatus having a charging path for charging the battery cell, in which battery cells are connected in parallel, and a discharging path, in which battery cells are connected in series, in a plurality of battery cell arrays. The multi-cell battery apparatus comprises a plurality of battery cells consisting of battery cells, which have a charging switch forming a transmission path of a power to charge the battery and a discharging switch forming a discharge path of the power to discharge the power, connected in series. Each charging switch of the battery cell of the battery cell arrays is connected in parallel during charge of the battery, and the discharging switch is connected in series during discharge of the battery. |
