The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an ultrahigh-molecular weight polyethylene nanocomposite bar containing nanotubes, and more specifically, to method for manufacturing an ultrahigh-molecular weight polyethylene nanocomposite bar which retains unique characteristics of ultrahigh-molecular weight polyethylene, has excellent electric characteristics, and contains carbon nanotubes with excellent thermal property. The method for manufacturing an ultrahigh-molecular weight polyethylene nanocomposite bar containing nanotubes according to the present invention comprises the steps of: putting a composite powder in a hopper (ST1); operating a heater consisting of heater 1 to heater n to heat a compress tube (ST2); operating a cylinder to move a compress pole to the rear (ST3); introducing the composite powder into the compress tube (ST4); operating the cylinder to move the compress pole to the front and thus move the composite powder, which is introduced into the compress tube, to a compress heated by a heater (ST5); repeating ST3 to ST5 for a predetermined time set by a controller (ST6); sequentially moving the composite powder, which is introduced into the compress tube, into sections of the compress tube, which are heated to different temperatures according to the different temperatures respectively set by heater 1 to heater n, through the repeated processes of ST3 to ST5 (ST7); and forming a composite resin bar by allowing the composite powder, which is moved into the compress tube differently heated to the different temperatures by heater 1 to heater, to be inflated, melted, and solidified when passing through the sections of the compress tube, at which the heaters set to the different temperatures are installed (ST8). |
