Provided are a method and system for mobile payment using mobile devices of consumers and sellers. The method for mobile payment according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a step in which a mobile payment manager authenticates mobile devices of consumers and sellers, and processes mobile payment while relaying information regarding transactions between the two. Accordingly, mobile payment for offline transactions is possible, and mobile payment can also be simply and safely utilized for online transactions.
