摘要 Provided is a flux cored wire for gas shielded arc welding including a flux and an outer cover wrapped around the flux in order to make a titania-based flux cored wire for gas shielded arc welding which has good ultralow temperature impact toughness and excellent CTOD value and all position welding ability. The flux comprises, based on 100 wt% of the wire, 4.5 to 7.5 wt% of titanium dioxide, 0.04 to 0.12 wt% of carbon (C), 0.2 to 1.0 wt% of silicon (Si), 1.0 to 2.5 wt% of manganese (Mn), 1.3 to 2.9 wt% of nickel (Ni), 2 to 1.5 wt% of magnesium (Mg), 0.1 to 0.6 wt% of titanium (Ti), 0.05 to 0.45 wt% of zirconium (Zr), 0.003 to 0.02 wt% of boron (B), 0.7 to 4.0 wt% of iron (Fe), 0.01 wt% or less (above 0 wt%) of vanadium (V), 0.005 wt% or less (above 0 wt%) of niobium (Nb), 0.1 to 0.5 wt% of silica (SiO_2), and inevitable impurities. The content of oxygen in the iron is 0.003 to 0.03 wt%.
