Disclosed is a soundproof door. The soundproof door according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a first moving unit which moves toward a first direction in accordance to the opening and closing of the door; a cam structure unit which is connected to the first moving unit and rotates, corresponding to the movement of the first moving unit toward the first direction; a second moving unit which is in contact with the cam structure unit which moves towards a second direction so as to correspond to the rotation of the cam structure unit; and a soundproof unit which is coupled to the second moving unit which moves toward the second direction when the door is closed. Thereby, the opening and closing of the door is easily done, and at the same time prevents noise from entering indoors.
