The present invention relates to a charcoal grill apparatus enabling a more convenient and rapid grilling of meat as well as minimizing smoke generation caused by fat dripping off the meat when grilling the meat. The charcoal grill apparatus comprises a main body, a meat grilling portion installed to be able to rotate in a state of being located insidethe main body, and a charcoal containing portion for containing charcoal, wherein the charcoal containing portion is characterized by being configured to provide heating power to the sides of the meat grilling portion, by being installed to be located on both sides of the inner side of the main body based on the meat grilling portion, thereby preventing the fat, dripping off the meat when grilling, from dripping onto the charcoal, such that the amount of smoke generated can be reduced. According to the present invention, a large amount of meat can be conveniently and rapidly grilled through the meat grilling portion provided on the main body to be able to rotate, and by providing heating power of charcoal from the left and right sides of the meat grilling portion, fat dripping off the meat when grilling the meat does not directly drip onto the charcoal, thereby preventing smoke generation when grilling the meat. Additionally, the meat grilling portion and a driving motor are formed to be contained by being separated from the main body, and a side plate portion of the main body is formed to be foldable, thereby producing effects of enhancing the mobility and storage properties of the charcoal grill apparatus. |
