<p>The present invention relates to a power module and an apparatus with a function of preventing a malfunction and a control method thereof. In addition, the present invention includes a drive integrated circuit having a protection circuit for preventing damages of a power module due to inputted electronic signals, and an actuation circuit for controlling a switching operation of a switching device by being connected to the protection circuit; and a switching device for performing the switching operation by the control of the actuation circuit. Disclosed are the power module, the apparatus thereof and the control method thereof having the drive integrated circuit with a back-to-back diode to clamp an overvoltage of the electronic signals inputted.</p> |
