The present disclosure relates to a polyimide-graphene composite material and a method for preparing the same, and more specifically, to a polyimide-graphene composite material prepared by adding a modified graphene and a basic catalyst during a polymerization of a polyimide precursor to improve mechanical strength and electrical conductivity and enable an imidization at low temperatures; and to a method for preparing the same.
