摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a coolant circulation apparatus for an engine, which is able to efficiently perform the cooling of the engine in order to prevent the capacity of an electric water pump from being excessively increased. The coolant circulation apparatus for an engine according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a water pump which supplies coolant to the engine; a cylinder block which has multiple cylinders; a cylinder head which is combined with the upper side of the cylinder block; an intake block water jacket which is formed in one side of the cylinder block based on the multiple cylinders; an exhaust block water jacket which is formed in the other side of the cylinder block based on the multiple cylinders; an intake side chamber which is installed along the longitudinal direction of the engine in which the multiple cylinders are arranged in one lateral side of the cylinder block side by side; an exhaust side chamber which is installed along the longitudinal direction of the engine in which the multiple cylinders are arranged in the other lateral side of the cylinder block side by side; and a head water jacket which is formed in the cylinder head by connecting the intake block water jacket with the exhaust block water jacket and connecting the intake side chamber with the exhaust side chamber. The intake block water jacket, the exhaust block water jacket, the intake side chamber, and the exhaust side chamber are formed to cool down the engine while the coolant which is supplied to the engine passes the cylinder block. The head water jacket is formed to cool down the engine while the coolant which is supplied to the engine passes the cylinder head.</p>
