Provided is a vehicle air ventilation apparatus for a vehicle which can discharge conditioned air to the upper side of a passenger compartment instead of directing discharging the air to a passenger. Accordingly, the vehicle air ventilation apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a first side surface passage discharging the conditioned air to a side surface; a second side surface passage discharging the conditioned air to the other side surface; center duct which has an upper surface passage discharging the conditioned air to the upper surface formed between the first and second side surface passages; and an actuator coupled to the center duct; a first door which is installed to open or close a part of the upper surface passage the first side passage based on the operation of the actuator; a second door which is installed to open or close the rest of the upper surface passage and the second side passage based on the operation of the actuator. |
