An undersea tunnel modular structure using the cross section of a double steel pipe filled with concrete includes a undersea tunnel module comprising an inner tube part; an outer tube part greater than the diameter of the inner tube part; a concrete part formed between the inner tube part and the outer tube part and having a length shorter than the length of the inner tube part and the outer tube part in order to form a clearance on both ends of the inner tube part and the outer tube part; a joint space formed by the outer circumference of the inner tube part, the inner circumference of the outer tube part, and the end of the concrete part; and mortar filled in the joint space.
