The present invention relates to a polyvinyl chloride resin composition with enhanced heat resistance and light resistance which includes a polyvinyl chloride resin, a plasticizer, a filler, a stabilizer, and a pigment; and which is characterized by additionally including a chlorine-based flame retardant. The present invention relates to the polyvinyl chloride resin composition with enhanced heat resistance and light resistance which is relatively inexpensive compared with a composition having an increased mixing ratio of a stabilizer or a pigment by adding more chlorine-based flame retardant to a conventional polyvinyl chloride resin composition for stanchion pipes. |
