The present invention relates to a method for preparing garlic with high calcium content, and more specifically, to a method for preparing garlic with high calcium content and garlic prepared by the same method, wherein the garlic contains various nutrients good for a human body including calcium, and improves health and rice flavor. The method for preparing garlic with high calcium content according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a step of mixing a soil improving agent with at least one selected from peat, humic acid, and microbial agents, a first foliar fertilization step, and a second foliar fertilization step. |
