The present invention relates to a heavy lift vessel having a deck house to reduce air resistance and to improve the appearance by improving the exterior of the deck house. According to the present invention, the heavy lift vessel comprises a projected stem part to plow through the waves when the heavy lift vessel sails the ocean; a loading part extending flatways from the back of the stem part to the stern to load heavy weights; and the deck house installed on the stem part. The surface of the deck house around the stem is streamlined to reduce air resistance when the heavy lift vessel for carrying heavy weights at sea sails the ocean.
