The present invention relates to an electronic device and method for recognizing a voice. The method for recognizing the voice includes the steps of: sensing a charge moving quantity over a preset value in at least one first sensor among at least two sensors in a preset region; sensing that an object is located within a preset distance in one second sensor among at least two second sensors located within the preset distance with at least two microphones by sensing the charge moving quantity over the preset value; and collecting the voice from one microphone which is located within the preset distance with the second sensor which senses that the object is located within the preset distance among at least two microphones.
