<p>A flexible organic light emitting diode (OLED) display device and a bonding method of a flexible printed circuit board (FPCB) prevent defects caused by a crack generated in a conventional bending part, by dividing one FPCB having a bending part into two separate parts and then attaching each separate part to a front surface and a rear surface of the flexible OLED display device respectively, and connecting the two separate parts with each other through an anisotropic conductive film (ACF). The flexible OLED of the present invention comprises: a panel assembly for displaying an image by comprising a TFT substrate defining a display area and a pad area, and a thin film encapsulation layer formed on the TFT substrate while covering the display area; a first FPCB attached to the pad part of the panel assembly through the ACF; and a second FPCB which is located on the rear surface of the panel assembly, and receives an input signal from the outside by being attached to the rear surface of the panel assembly by an adhesive layer.</p> |
