The device has one or more uprights (1) provided with supports (2) between which slidable sleepers (3) are inserted, where the shape of the sleepers is round, rectangular, square or any other shape. The supports include openings dimensioned to the shape of the sleepers for allowing installation and handling of the sleepers, where the uprights, the supports and the sleepers are made of wood, aluminum, glass and plastic. The uprights and the sleepers are equipped with hook and loop fasteners. |
