The element (20) has an electrically conducting layer (21) comprising a flexible substrate (11). The substrate supports a set of tracks (13) made of electrically conducting materials. The conducting layer includes a part (23) and another part (22) located in prolongation of the former part. The parts are formed as a monoblock in the conducting layer. The former part comprises a flexible structural layer (25), and the latter part comprises a rigid structural layer (26) that supports an electrical connection unit electrically connected to one of the tracks supported by the latter part. The electrical connection unit is a connector.
