A network control apparatus and an operation method thereof are disclosed. That is, a network state information is collected from a specific wireless access device; a wireless access device causing interference against the specific wireless access device is identified and classified into an interference group; and based on the collected network state information, parameters to operate radio resources of the specific wireless access device are determined based on the number of wireless access devices classified into the interference group to minimize the interference between the wireless access devices, thereby securing the performance and stability of a local area network. |
