摘要 The present invention relates to a method for producing hard polyurethane with improved abrasion resistance which solves the problem of having to rely entirely on the import of hard polyurethane resins, which are used in stern tube bearings for ships, and is developed for producing the optimal polyurethane resin suitable for different situations by measuring the abrasion resistance of the produced polyurethane resin. The method for producing hard polyurethane with improved abrasion resistance of the present invention is characterized by including a series of continuous steps: a polyol input step of inputting polyol in a reactor; an additive input step of inputting an additive in the reactor to which polyol is inputted; a decompression and stirring step of using a vacuum pump to add vacuum pressure inside the reactor and stirring, in order to suppress the production of bubbles generated in a stirring process of mixing polyol and the additive; a curing agent injection step of injecting methylene-o-chloroanilne (MOCA) for curing polyurethane, and stirring; a first curing step of curing the mixture of the previous step at around 110°C for one hour after molding so that it does not change shape; a second curing step of curing the molded specimen at around 110°C for 15 hours to stabilize the physical properties of the specimen; and a test step of measuring the cured polyurethane, which is produced by the specimen, in a measuring device for measuring friction and abrasion.
