The present invention provides a manufacturing method of Chinese pancake (Hotteok) using fast-fermented bean paste (Cheonggukjang) powder characterized in manufacturing by comprising (a) a step of manufacturing Chinese pancake dough by mixing flour, Cheonggukjang powder, glutinous rice flour, tapioca powder, soybeans, nonfat dry milk, dried yeast, baking powder, salts, sugar, and water; (b) a step of manufacturing Chinese pancake stuffing by mixing black sugar, peanut powder, cinnamon powder, and black sesame; (c) a step of making Chinese pancake skin by using the prepared Chinese pancake dough of step (a), putting the prepared Chinese pancake stuffing of step (b) into the prepared Chinese pancake skin, and making Chinese pancake and Chinese pancake using Cheonggukjang powder manufactured by the same method. |
