The present invention relates to an apparatus for measuring the width of a material. The apparatus for measuring the width of a material includes a roller table transferring a material by the rotation of a roller unit; a width-measuring unit for measuring the width of the material being transferred; and a lifting unit for making the material to pass through the width-measuring unit while the material is lifted to the upper part of the roller table.
