The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for managing a failure of a financial device, and a failure management system. A failure management system according to the present invention includes a financial device which records information generated during operation of an operation system on a log according to date and extracts a log record corresponding to a time point at which a failure occurs; and a failure management device which performs a simulation under the same environment condition as that at the time point when the failure had occurred based on the log record received from the financial device when the failure occurs, and analyzes the failure of the financial device based on the simulation result. |
