<p>The present invention relates to an oil relief valve comprising a valve hole which is formed in a pump housing of an oil pump and which connects an oil passage and a relief passage by being provided therebetween; and a relief valve which has a plunger provided in the upper end part of the valve hole, a supporting unit provided in the lower end part of the valve hole, and an elastic member elastically supporting the plunger by being provided between the plunger and the supporting unit. The valve hole has different cross-sectional areas of an upper part and a lower part of the upper end part in which the plunger is provided. The plunger has different cross-sectional areas of an upper end part and a lower end part and is placed close to the valve hole. Therefore, the oil relief valve can reduce oil pressure shock, increase the opening speed of the relief valve, and reduce oil pressure vibration by changing the force to pressure the elastic member as the cross-sectional area of the relief valve is changed and increasing the amount of oil bypassed.</p> |
