The present invention relates to a probe for detecting a crack in an exhaust pipe of a nuclear reactor, capable of detecting the crack of the exhaust pipe of a top head of the nuclear reactor. Provided is the probe for detecting the crack in the exhaust pipe of the nuclear reactor which includes: a housing which is formed in a longitudinal direction to be inputted to the inner side of the exhaust pipe; a sensor mounting unit which is formed on at least one side of the housing; and an ultrasonic sensor and an eddy current sensor which are mounted on the sensor mounting unit. Thereby, the present invention is applied for detecting the exhaust pipe of the nuclear reactor of a small diameter of 17mm or less.
